Blockchain and world order

Reading about Cryptos I found an opinion that was actually logical. The author didn't leave their name.

"The dollar is being fucked up, but the US government employees are not willing to take a risk so this is going nowhere. When the value of the dollar becomes nothing whats going to happen to the US Government? will it turn into a World Government? Or worst resort to military occupation and absorb other countries because how else can you control other countries without money? I highly doubt those working in the US government will want to be just another fish in the sea and give up their status as being in the richest and most powerful country in the world. In China, Bitcoin is not going to work otherwise companies and corporations together with their banks will complain and the state will be forced to stop collecting tax. The Chinese government is not wiling to do a Western Economic Collapse and a sure counter to Western Takeover of the Chinese Economy and Government is to do massive Tax Cut. Corporations, Companies and the people cannot blame the government and the Chinese Communist Party will be more closer to their constituent and plan a new and more effective structural reform of a more close to the people government."

I found its a realistic and possible view of the upcoming future, if the world doesn't adapt itself to cryptocurrencies.
