Nexty has developed a smart contract using Proof of Foundation(PoF) where NTF holders with an amount above a certain minimum value can enter transactions with another account, called the 'executing account' and become the block scaler by setting "authorized scaler" state in the smart contract with the value proportional to that in the address it the NTF holder.
This allows a transaction to be made beforehand and payments would be made automatically by the nexty platform at a fixed time if the requirements in the smart contract are met.
