Bitcuners Night / Noche de Bitcuners

Que tal?

Les quiero compartir en el post lo que fue un jueves de Bitcuners, para los que no lo conozcan, Bitcuners es un grupo de entusiastas de las criptomonedas que se reunen todos los jueves para platicar de sus experiencias, compartir informacion, comer entre amigos, armar proyectos y en general como medio de ver que entre todo el universo virtual hay personas reales.

Esta noche conoci a un musico e inventor que lleva conociendo de las criptomonedas hace dos meses y aunque tenia conocimientos de trading, aun tenia dudas respecto a que era en si Blockchain y porque era tan revolucionario.

Platicamos sobre el uso de la blockchain en areas como la medicina, el conteo de votos en elecciones y los titulos de propiedad de casas y terrenos, ademas del uso monetario que empezo Bitcoin.

Fue agradable oir sobre las vivencias de alguien que casi triplica mi edad y su interes por las criptomonedas, asi como hablamos del futuro asi como de que, tanto ahora como antes, el tener ingresos pasivos a traves de regalias, renta de casas, dividendos de negocios entre otros era importante para tener el medio de vivir nuestras vidas.

Por la hora, quedamos en seguir platicando luego y cuando me iba, nos reunimos para una cuestion fiscal.

Estabamos hablando de impuestos asi que de ahi surgio la duda de que, si tengo dinero en el banco por mis actividades y dejo vacia la cuenta para digamos, invertir en criptomonedas, aun se ocupa pagar impuesto aunque te quedes sin dinero?

Mi respuesta fue, "en corto y sin fijarme en detalles, si" pues si ganas dinero y luego te lo gastas, es responsabilidad tuya y en Mexico, lo que importa es que pagues impuesto en base a tu ganancia.

Ya nos reimos un rato y me despedi del grupo, una muy agradable noche y volvere en cuanto me de la oportunidad.

I would like to share in this post what it was a Bitcuners Night, for those of you that doesn't know, Bitcuners is a community de enthusiastics of cryptocurrencies that gather in Thursday to talk about experiences, share info, eat with friends, create projects and overall, to see that in middle of the virtual world there are real people.

This night I met a musician and inventor that has known Bitcoin since 2 months ago, even if he had ideas about trading, there was some doubts about the Blockchain and why is considered that revolutionary.

We spoke about the uses of Blockchain for places like medicine, count votes in elections and title deeds, never forgeting the monetary use that represent Bitcoin for the Blockchain.

It was nice to hear about the experiences of someone with almost thrice my age and his interest in cryptocurrencies, we spoke about the future and the importance, now and before, of have pasive incomes through royalties, home rental and business dividends to have the means to live out lives.

Because of the time, we bid farewell and when I was leaving, another group talk to me for a fiscal matter.

The doubt was, If I have money in the bank because of my work and empties the balance to, let's say, invest in cryptocurrencies, do i still need to pay taxes even if I don't have any more money?

My answer was, "in short and without look in details, yes", because in Mexico, if you earn money and you spent it, that is your responsability because you have to pay your taxes acording to your utility.

We laugh some time and said farewell to the group, it was a pretty nice night and I'll come back when I be able to.
