The relationship between Volume and price of a currency (coin)?

What is the relationship between Volume and price of a currency (coin)?

Let's take Binance Coin (BNB) as an example.
As you can see below Two days ago the Volume of BNB was ~ $560 Million and the price per coin at that time was ~ $23 but today the Volume went down by ~ 62% all the way to 211 Million but the price is still in ~ $21.35. So my question is what does volume say about the performance of the coin and what kind of effect does it have on the price ?
