Love this project. I don’t think a lot of people out there think twice about the food they eat, because you don’t see immediate affects. The consequences occur slowly, and often on the inside where you can’t see them. We need competition and a free market in the grocery business, where we can all leverage our power as ‘the people’ to demand higher quality from food producers, as well as locally grown, nourishing products.
