How to obtain Cryptocurrency in Hawaii, or in general

So as those of you from Hawaii that are trying to buy bitcoin may find it hard due to the ban imposed on us. As well as other people in other countries that may be in similar situation. below I will outline how I managed to acquire bitcoin I hopes this may help other people.

1. Coinbase, or gdax, best places to buy bitcoin since low to no fees, respectively. except they have banned a lot of people. For Hawaii my buddy told me for a work around for coinbase, by opening a bank account with homestreet bank and using a mainland address. this only works for bank transfer as paypal requires id, don't put your Hawaii id or address or will get banned.

2. Uphold another good option, fairly low fees and instant debit/credit car option. as far I as know this works with all Hawaii banks and cards.

3.xcoins definitely higher fees in the 20%, but safe instant way to get btc. also a great way to sell your btc and you can make interest on it, straight to paypal.

1. bitpay if you have an store, online store, products that you sell already can accept bitcoin payment through bitpay, also another great way to spend your bitcoin with the debit card they issue.

These are the options I have found the easiest and safest to navigate, I know there are more like bitstamp, localcoins, mamacoins, but they either took too long to verify or rates were to high so got turned off from them. Please feel free to comment with your experience buying bitcoins.
