Another cryptocurrency market crash?

Hello fellow Steemit users,

The numbers all over the board are running red again, as you can see:

I know this is a volatile market, but after FUD with China's ICO ban, with seemingly good news all week long like Lightning Network tests , I don't see any apparent reason in the fundamentals why this might happen. Maybe someone might shed some light on the situation?

EDIT:
Seems like it might be a reaction to China's announcement to shutdown exchanges. Worry not, however - this is just a temporary measure to protect the investors from scams until they find a way to license ICOs. China is not against the concept of cryptocurrency.
