I don't understand how a lending platform that's dealing with millions of dollars in Bitcoins daily doesn't have better security features in place to prevent hacking attempts. Somehow I'm doubting there was a hacking attempt and the Hextracoin team are keeping the site down so the backend can make them back the money they lost on the HextraGold release.

Eddie DeVane HXT. One thing that BitConnect does to prevent possible crashes in the system and price is put trading breaks on if they see 10% drastic sudden movement. When this happens they pause trading for about 45 minutes. Also a minimum withdraw amount of about $100 to $250 may help reduce the load on the system.
