Why is VOISE still the best blockchain spotify replacement for the new generation?
Dear crypto lovers,
This time an article of an undervalued currency. There are always nice projects to find among the more then 1500 coins that are currently in circulation on coinmarketcap. But rarely you'll find a rough diamond with a big chance to become a succes in real life. I think I found one! The name is Voise.
Rough Diamond
After many hours of reading on bitcointalk, their white paper, roadmap, medium and social media I started to ask questions to the Voise community in Telegram. To my opinion a pretty active group in their official, as in their Dutch channel. So getting more information was no problem. I eventually spoke with the main man of Voise: CEO Andre Ledoux. An amazingly approachable sympathetic CEO.
After gathering all info, receiving answers of Andre (read below) and checking the latest and future developments I'm convinced that VOISE could be this rough diamond that makes your investment explode into big wealth this year.
What happened at Voise?
It's not only success after success what reaches Voice. Unfortunately, they also had a big punch in the face to process. Due to conflicts of interest within the team of voice there has been a restructering in the first months of 2018. This big change ensured that Voise did not go under, but it certainly had a big impact on the price. It resulted in a drop from 1200 sat in mid January til 156 sat it is today.
To understand what's been happening exactly you probably shoud have been in the team yourself. But one thing is clear. There has been several team members who were more concerned with self-interest than with the Voise project. This conflict ultimately ensured that Andre Ledoux took over the scepter as CEOwith a complete new team. Since this takeover, announced febrauary 15th, VOISE seems to be heading in the right direction again.
Confidence in Voise
As you will understand, this incident resulted in a big bite in the investor's confidence in VOISE. The only way to restore confidence, is that Andre and his new team roll up their sleeves and go with full speed ahead. And that's what they did. Andre just came back of the EFF in Los Angelas last week where he and @joshRoomburg met several important people of the music industry. See a short highlight of it here.
This is a great start to show VOISE is real and that Andre and his new team are willing to do a lot of work to make this project succeed. Besides building up a network and getting artists connected to Voise there's also a top android/IOS app ahead of us. End of march the android app is planned and the tech team is working hard to reach their goal. So good steps are made for restoring confidence.
Future of Voise
Besides hard working, it's also important to connect again with the Voise community. As soon as I had submitted the proposal to do a Q&A, Andre agreed. He gave the community the oppurtunity to ask all critical answers. I collected all questions via the telegram group and shared them with Andre. Below you'll find the interview.
Read his answers with attention. After reading it, do your own research and decide for yourself whether this project is worth investing in. I know I will!

Interview
- Andre Ledoux, What is it you love about music?
A: My Parents parents were passionate fans and also friends of successful bands. Not dropping names, not hyping my project! My life is full of concerts and musicians, many friends in the industry, and my dad was offered a partnership in the creation of. It was natural to fall in love with the art and its performance and performers.
Today I lean to music for it’s magic ability to shift psychic gears, to explore and telegraph experience and mood, to engage imagination, bring people together and touch off dance and self expression. On a bigger level music is the people’s voice. People hear new voices and deep emotional exploration of the experience of the moment - the way it is in human life world. And the get the connection to themselves, to their personal and social experience.
Every era finds a new way to get its message out. Voise holds the promise to be the way of now.
Restoring confidence:
What do you think you (Voise) can do to restore it?
A: “Restoring” is a misleading question to us. A lot of us in the Voise community have never lost confidence. Were building a new kind of product. With any new idea or market, public enthusiasm has its own pulse - it’s own waveform. The waves come faster and steeper with a project sustained by a volatile and viral online social investment and support community. That’s the new pointy edge of the economy - the way we’re getting things done. People are going to have to learn to live with it. Or stop being so volatile and easy to stampede. Voise started life as a distributed internet project, built more from shared passions than formal management intentions and direction. My mission is to take it to the next level, with focused management direction and a more professional team to manage this project. What can you tell about the current team composition?
A: It’s ultra early days in our transition to an enterprise model, so clearly our management team is a work in progress. We came into the project with a great tech team, already engaged and working. On the management side everything we’re doing now is about creating the conditions to attract the right people. Nobody should expect us to build a fully-resourced world-leading tech enterprise overnight. Who do we need? We need experienced leaders in a full range of key roles - most likely people who’ve already built successful tech plays but can’t resist the urge to get a new one off the runway. We’ve been lucky to secure stellar high-level expertise on the legal side and heavy duty talent on the strategic positioning marketing and communications front, plus passionate young financial talent with a truly international perspective.Do you have everyone you need? Or are you still looking for specific reinforcements?
A: Right now what’s really key is that we have a great tech team working, in- place, on plan and fully resourced to keep development on track and get our alpha release out.During the EFF you visit various people/producers/artists. Is there any progress? Will be more artists be added soon? What's the plan?
A: We made some really great connections with industry, artists, independent and signed. The plan is to integrate them into the platform at the right time, to announce who and when, will give advantage to our competitors. Will there be cooperation with other parties? Get synergy benefits elsewhere
Of course, that is the way forward to build a great company. Understandably we are not free to disclose details at this time. How come the Voise subreddit only has 920 subscribers but the Telegram group has almost 6,000 member
A: This is due to some contest structures in the past that did not make reddit subscription as part of the tasks to get a ballot for the masternodes contest.
Roadmap
Will there be a roadmap with more hard data? If Voise is more concrete you create a reference point where confidence can be achieved.
A: For sure the road map will reflect new developments moving forward. For now the roadmap stands. A major law firm is now involved in voise due to our needs with mechanical contracts so I will have to wait for them to file but they don't have a case we are doing what is needed and before I took over voise wasn't even a registered company anywhere it was just an idea a whitepaper and a brand not a company. It is now a corporation and must follow canadian laws from feb 12th onwards. Now it's for example 6 - 9 months for masternodes. Which dates do you mean exactly? Between July and October 2018?
A: This timeline is to give us the ability to ensure we get the best system in place to manage the program. What can you say about the progress of the development of the apps? When will we see a beta state?
A: Android APP release is tentatively (Last week of March) and the IOS APP release is tentatively (2nd week of April)Will there be an extended whitepaper with detailed information about revenue distribution, financing of the company and product functionality/design?
A: As we answered earlier the whitepaper will change to reflect some of the changes and additions to the platform. The revenue distribution of masternodes (I assume this is what is being asked) will be determined later on when we have a clearer idea of revenue especially considering the revenue generating aspects to the platform that are not included in the old teams whitepaper, such as ticket sales, merch etc.
A: The financing question is a little vague and there is the prospect of investment money. Also the prospect of government grant money currently being explored via a connection made at the EFF. Once again these are all things that are currently being worked on by the team. Why does the roadmap stop at 12 months?
A: The old Team built this roadmap. We will have more to add as the project evolves.Top 5 exchanges. Can you tell more about the promise of these exchanges and what we can expect
A: Exchanges are being worked on and Company policy is to not discuss this process or share potential exchange listings before they are finalized. The top five exchange has changed the parameters of the original agreement, and they feel we should have more volume, and pay another large cash amount to complete the listing process. We are currently investigating options to deal with this surprising change in discussion that is not the original contractual agreement between Voise Inc, and said Exchange.
Distinguish yourself
The main goal for VOISE is getting musicians paid 100%. That's a beautiful goal. But, as you know there are competitors. For instance musicoin. Musicoin is for free for musicians as for listeners. If it's Free to listen, it's possible a lot of customers will go to musicoin. I think they have a big advantage as a big disadvantage. They use a kind of voting system (like Steemit). With that kind of system it's likely only the big artist will earn a lot of money and smallers ones will earn (too) little. So Big artist will attract more customers, but the smaller artists will seek their salvation elsewhere.
To get back to VOISE. How will you bind the big and smaller artists to voise?
A: This is an internal structure and not public information, due to competition in the field. For listeners. They need to pay to listen. How do you ensure that Voise gets enough people who pay?
A: The obvious answer here is we are working on some exclusive content that will only be available on the voise platform, this the fan base these artists already have in place, and they get to be exposed to lesser known artists in similar genres. The Second part to this answer is marketing the platform, but we won’t be going into the detailed strategy here. How do you plan to achieve a public perception of Voise as a professional brand and company. What steps in marketing, corporate design and pr will you take?
A: That's a loaded question: stay tuned! Why is Ivan (the former CEO) still admin in the official VOISE group when he is not acting like an admin. Is Ivan still related?
A: He has left the supergroup!
How to research Voise yourself?
