Do you think people have the responsibility of blacklisting wallets and bitcoins that are determined to be gotten through illegal and criminal activities?

I'm not sure myself. It seems like if someone stole from me I wouldn't want them to be able to spend those cryptocurrencies but it seems like an easily abused power.
