Being a citizen of Russian Federation  I can tell you that I and my fellow citizens acutely feel a problem of Internet Neutrality in our Country. Nearly every month we face that governmental organisation named Roscomnadzor bans different websites. Among such sites there is a popular social network linked.in. This week our government sued messenger Telegram for not transferring keys for private messaging decryption. In other words our goverment tries to control the internet and private correspondence. There are a large amount of countries which has a similar pain : China , USA and all countries of Middle East.
