Veritaseum token

Just another Ethereum ERC20 token? This time it's a bit more complicated. If you look at their website your first impression would be technical backwardness. It's quite true because they are financial experts and they focus on details like solid legal and analytic background and product itself. After all the software Is a secondary thing that is being created anyway. It's not the software which attracts financial world in this case, otherwise it's mainly a geek thing.

It's an attempt to decentralize the financial world to avoid middleman in financial services. Veritaserum will serve as a trading platform for stocks, foreign exchange, commodities with low commissions (It worked before as a physical platform but because of legal threats they decided to move it into bitcoin blockchain and now finally into Ethereum ecosystem). But mainly it will be focused on providing professional financial analysis not only for traditional assets but for cryptocurrencies as well, by a group of financial pros. Their services will be offered for private investors only in exchange for those tokens.

They are aiming for bigger fish and fast adaptation by financial markets so even their bitcointalk ANN thread is not really important for them as it attracts smaller investors.

But in my opinion this ICO has GREAT perspectives to bring us great profits. There is more attention in traditional financial world than crypto so most of the crypto folks gonna find out about the token from the financial media or coindesk, when it will be already traded on exchanges.

Plus they are working quiet, not spamming facebook and Google with BUY OUR ICO and just doing their thing. That is why I choose to invest in a ,,humble" projects and they never disappoint me. And they've collected only 1 177 000 USD so far:

To purchase Veritas, go to the “Contracts” menu in MyEtherWallet as shown below.

Set the selections as shown below...

Click on the Interact with Contract tab at the top of the page. Enter Contract address 0x599a4b8188676224d4c9b393b947e332b60b15e3.

Copy and paste the TokenPurchase ABI code from the box below:

If the site asks you again, then enter your private key again and Unlock.

Click WRITE

To exchange Ether for VERI tokens you simply have to send the amount of Ether you wish to convert to VERI tokens, to the TokenPurchase smart contract. The smart contract will automatically allocate your tokens to your Ethereum address.

Increase the Gas Limit to about 80,000 and Click Generate Transaction

Next you will want to go to your Ethereum account and see your VERI tokens. Click on the View Wallet Info tab and enter your private key again, if the site asks you for it.

Click Add Custom Token and enter the address (0x8f3470a7388c05ee4e7af3d01d8c722b0ff52374) of VeritaseumToken into the Address box, VERI into the Token Symbol box, and 18 into the Decimals box and Save

You will now be able to see VERI tokens for any and each Ethereum account that you may have.
