South Korea will launch its own cryptocurrency
For next November, the Seoul government in South Korea will establish its administrative services based on Blockchain.
Project priorities are already established, which would be the city's Blockchain points system and Seoul residents will receive the "S" coins for the use of public services.
The point system will be integrated with ZeroPay.

In addition to the S-Coin there will also be a Blockchain service to send paper documents. This system will allow part-time and temporary employees to sign simple contracts with employers.
