Ripple Comes Out With xCurrent, xRapid, and xVia. Wondering What This is?steemCreated with Sketch.

xCurrent, xRapid, and xVia all use the Inter Ledger Protocol to execute payments, but each one is different because they are individually built for different use cases. Also this is basically a way of rebranding so they can have a better sales pitch to potenital customers. You can read in the pictures below about what each one does, but if you don't want to read I will simplify it for you.

xCurrent is the payment process specialized for banks

You can read more about this update at Ripple.com

So to end this blog post this update is essentially a preparation for mass adoption by big financial institutions and payments providers. I am sure they will have many companies use their software because it allows them to transfer money as fast as we can transfer information online which brings higher customer satisfaction. Not to mention that using Ripple will bring new revenue opportunities for banks and financial institutions because they can cut processing fees by 60%.

By while it's cheap and steem on!
