Payment By Cryptocurrency As A Barter

It is a favorite to have paid cryptocurrency in paid groups. However, the use of words to pay or to buy is somewhat inaccurate.

Crypto is considered an intangible movable thing, or property not money. If someone "pays" in the crypto for information, there is actually a barter.

Technically, this is an exchange transaction where one intangible asset (crypto) is exchanged for second intangible property (information). And on the basis of an oral contract of exchange.

Electronic service records (ESR)

This bullet-proof logic, which is based on the law, does not mean that crypt payments should be recorded in the ESR. (If the recipient falls under the ESR.)

Because

• There is no cash in the currency exchange, the less cash.
• Payment by crypto does not mean a sales because it is not technically a payment, but a shift of one thing to another.
• ESR is a sales record. Revenues are received funds. Crypto is not finance. Crypto is an intangible movable thing.

Tax Documents

The VAT payer has the obligation to issue an ordinary tax document for the exchange transaction to quantify the VAT he has to pay. Thus, the VAT payer must immediately quantify the value of the item (crypto) because the state wants to crack down on VAT.

The non-payer of VAT should issue receipts at the time of sale. But again, if it was a shift of two things that did not receive money, I assume that there is no proof of receipt of something that was not received. That is the funds.

Speech is about records and papers. Of course the barter is still income, and as income it has to be taxed. No doubt about it.
