it you have twit, they have an update, that the new wallet is out the 8th, I tried to download the current one twice and it failed, so I've been keeping up with changes on twit @NEO_Blockchain

from NEO Reddit "the NEO holder will get benefits in two ways: one is each block will reward to him so that if he hold 1 neo and keep 22 years so as to get 1 gas. On the another hand, he will get benefits from the gas consuming of the users of NEO system. If no one use the system, he will just get 1 gas after 22 years with 1 neo. But you can imagine if more and more users for the NEO system, how much the NEO holder will get, much more than the first way, right?"
I don't quite understand this answer ... NEO and GAS production and halving are already fixed, so what does it mean ???
Please ask how Westerners can become Bookkeepers. Specifically: do we need a CA certificate? How do we nominate ourself when this functionality is not coded into the Neo wallet yet?
Also, when will Neo holders be able to vote on Bookkeepers (not yet coded into the wallet)? How will we judge which bookkeepers are the most honest?
IMPORTANT: Is possible that NEO will be considered a security by the SEC? Is this the reason because it is not listed on major western exchanges? Can it have legal problems also in China? NEO is yielding ANC everyday, and it was called Ant"shares". I feel it is considered to be a share by founders and community. (If it is a share, it is a security)
Question: if NEO is attempting to comply with all the Chinese government rules, how can it stay decentralized?
Antshare wallet syncs like forever! I'm still trying to sync the mobile wallet. They should do something about the wallet!
