The goal of the project is to create the first cluster of industrial automated high-tech production in Russia on the basis of the Tomsk Metalwork Factory (TMF) – a tokenized plant with full technological traceability.

This particularly concerns fundamental changes at the micro and macro levels related to the restructuring and modernization of industries and business, which leads to deploying investment resources, expanding production potentials, introducing new technologies and diversifying production.
So, the project proposed is aimed at development of a cluster in industrial hightech production on the basis of the Tomsk Metalwork Factory (TMF).To achieve a certain level of competitiveness, it is necessary not only to improve management, production, sales, but also to know clearly which purpose should be reached as a result of the economic activity of the enterprise and by which means

The project is supported by the Tomsk Oblast Administration and is supervised by the Tomsk State Duma as part of of the state program “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation” approved by the Government in July 2017
Attraction of investments to reconstruction and modernization of production in the region is supported by the state. The project meets modern trends and is necessary for the economic development of the city and region.
