Real Estate, in general, is known to be a good investment. It is public knowledge that although not all have the guts to deal Real Estate, the expected return makes the risk acceptable. AgentMile in a simple sense aims to be a decentralized platform for CRE that will allow brokers and landlords to utilize it by listing the properties that they want to deal. AgentMile is powered by AI and have a blockchain powered MLS, these two valuable AgentMile properties would make CRE transactions seamless. Earlier, it was stated that AgentMile is not a mere combination of AgentDrive and AgentGrow, simply because the two is part of the three layers of AgentMile. The third layer is the Blockchain Network, a technology for secure and transparent activities. Through AgentMile, an upcoming new technology, the search for the property would get easier and it acts as a guide in decision-making as it provides the necessary analytics and forecast which enhances the process of CRE.
With AgentMile, search for CRE property would get efficient because of the blockchain powered MLS which ensures that the database about the parties involved are up to date, accurate, relevant, and secured. This information is transparent to clients who want to view it and with all the information stored and present, investment choices are enhanced. More importantly, there are processes involved in CRE that takes time and labor like Due diligence checks, KYC, third-party transactions, etc. Those processes take a lot of time and effort because documents are to be verified manually and must be accurately done to avoid any losses but with the blockchain-powered AgentMile platform, it minimizes the effort to make in doing those processes because of its public distributed ledger and the availability of all the data associated with the parties involved in the CRE transaction. It was stated a lot of times that the data of all the parties as well as the property is available and these are considered crucial data but as a blockchain platform these data will not be subjected to modification and won't be commoditized to make sure that it's fair for all the CRE market participants.
