Following China, South Korea bans ICOs?
Earlier this month, the People’s Bank of China had created regulations that made ICOs (Initial Coin Offerings) illegal in its country. It is now nearing the end of September and South Korea’s financial regulators have banned ICOs, as many of them could potentially be scams.
