Hi @jabba-q, thanks for this elaborate article and it's update (1).

I wondered: since then some time has elapsed in cryptospace... so... would you be interested to give it a new update including maybe e.g.

  • a reference to the early january article series (2) ... As far as I understand one of the main points of criticism towards IOTA has been flaws in IOTA's code...This is hard to understand for a non-IT/tech expert...but it seems like this series of articles address most of it. Am I correct (!?);

  • a comparison with IOTA' s main competitors, if you see any, like ITC (the Chinese IOTA?) and HDAC (...?). In this respect I liked some insights from this article (3) ...and especially the comments of users qingdu (although I don't fully grasp all of them) and farmcube. But...didn't further dig into it yet (reddit, bitcointalk,..?).
