Brian Chesky On Being a Entrepreneur

Brian Chesky's Truth
If you're an entrepreneur, you probably know who Brian Chesky is. If you don't, he's one of the co-founders of AirB&B.
If you don't know what AirB&B is, it's time to get out from under the rock.
Anyway, back to Brian.
In the speech below, he talks about the start up phase of AirB&B and the challenges that come with it.
One of my favorite lines from the video is:
"That's when I learned that the difference between being an entrepreneur and unemployed is just a difference in mindset."
I couldn't agree more.
Why It's Truth
Starting out as an entrepreneur is no walk in the park. In most cases - and mine particularly - you're starting out without enough capital, experience, and understanding.
As a result, during the first year (or two), it's almost guaranteed that you will fail. And wind up (almost) broke.
And if you're working from home, only making enough money to cover basic expenses, and aren't getting substantial results, most people see you as unemployed or lazy - not an entrepreneur.
To everyone else, you're unemployed.
But in your mind's eye, you're an entrepreneur.
The only thing that will really determine who is right is whether you give up or not.
