How NOIZ will re-engineer the Digital advertising experience
#NOIZ Chain plans to overhaul Digital advertising by improving the targeting, delivering better value for money to advertisers and cutting down on fake content views from bots etc. The end users will be encouraged to engage more with the advertiser’s content and will be rewarded with #NOIZ tokens that can be exchanged or used as discount on product purchases. The platform is a digital ad exchange which will act as the middleman between advertisers and publishers, no more need for content sellers and data warehousing of consumer information.
At the heart of the content delivery will be Nikola. Nikola is the friendly AI bot behind the cognitive ads, collecting, authenticating and sorting user data. Nikola uses a hybrid AI system; one form of AI to filter out spam-bot-like user actions and another to integrate with NLP technology for improved the cognitive ad conversations
NOIZ Chain have also stated that they will keep consumers personal data private and secure via the blockchain. Consumers will have full control of which advertisers they choose to give their personal details to.
The planned initial launch of the product is for Q1 2018 with a consumer wallet being added in Q2 2019. The first phase will allow advertisers to create cognitive banner ads on the blockchain

Sale details
The NOIZ Chain pre-sale starts on Jun 15 2018 and will run for 30 days until Jul 15, then the public starts on July 15th 2018 and will run for 30 days or until all of the tokens are sold. Hardcap is set at 60k ETH.
The number of NOIZ sold in the ICO will be 150 million (75 million presale and 75 million main sale) Tokens are priced at $0.25 and you can contribute to the sale with ETH (there is no minimum purchase, but the maximum per person is capped at $1,000,000)
The coin will be launched and run on the Ethereum network and conform to the ERC-20 standard.
