How time flies! Already 25 days into this crypto fast. Nice to be away from all the noise. But what is actually happening in cryptoland? I really have no idea.

In the interim, let's talk about Lower Pacific Heights in San Francisco. Many people have heard of Pacific Heights but Lower Pacific Heights also needs some love.

The Lower Pacific Heights district is bound by California Street to the north, Geary Boulevard to the south, Presidio Avenue to the west, and Van Ness Avenue to the east. The topography of the area slopes moderately upward from Geary Street (south) to California Street (north). Neighboring districts include Pacific Heights, the Van Ness Corridor, Japantown, the Western Addition, and Laurel Heights.

Lower Pacific Heights contains grid-pattern streets that have been developed primarily with moderate-density housing. Many of the properties consist of walk-up apartment buildings with minimal amenities and limited on-site parking. Buildings typically are 60 to 100 years old and comprise two to four stories. Most have unit sizes above the range for San Francisco in general (composed mostly of one- and two-bedroom units). Shopping facilities primarily consist of neighborhood-serving retail storefronts.

Located north of the Western Addition and south of Pacific Heights, Lower Pacific Heights has generally average to above average tenant appeal. Apartment occupancy in the district tends to be similar to the overall rate in the city. Prices and rents tend to increase as one moves north through the district, toward California Street (and Pacific Heights). Conversely, historical prices and rents decline as one moves south toward Geary Street.
