Beyond RWAs: The Multi-Dimensional Approach of Story Protocol in IP as it hits 100x in First few Hours of Listing

The intellectual property of individuals has been a hot topic especially in the academic circles. This discussion has also found its way in to the crypto space with various projects like Artrade trying to bring about a solution. The approach is usually the tokenization of RWAs. Most of the attempts thus far have been one dimensional IMHO.

Just some days ago "Intellectual Property" was trending on X and looking into what it was about, I found that a company called Story Protocol, developed a Layer 1 blockchain solution that allowed creators to register their work as ERC-721 tokens.

On their about page, it says that it supports various intellectual Property types like Ideas, Images, RWA, songs, AI models and NFTs... With its native token $IP used for staking, gas transactions and governance, the community has responded well to listing on various CEXs including the likes of Bitget it seems.

The price action has also been good thus far hitting over 10,000+% in the first few hours...
