Is the crypto bear market really over?

There are some significant indications that we are still not in the bull market. I may be be wrong though

What to watch out for?

We have had lower lows since late Jan, while I myself don't believe we are going to hit another low, but if we do, it going to be another lower low. I mean below 5K bitcoin.

so lets see how it plays out, i would wait until bitcoin breaches 9K as a sign of clear bull run.
