For Wirex you can choose to get 2% bonus interests if you decide to receive the coins in WXT.
But... you need to pay around 1.7% Fee when you exchange - not to mention that there is a minimum amount of WXT you need to save before you can exchange. Currently it is $300 worth of WXT coins.
Fee = 1100/63250 = 1.7%
So, basically, the WXT you get is not flexible, until you save up enough amount of WXT. And minus 1.7%, so actually you get 0.3% not to consider that the WXT value is likely to decrease...
