Failed Transactions due to Timeout (CL Card)

Today, when I was using the CL card to purchase for a price of 7.33 GBP, it declined twice.

I've asked the support and here is what they said (the support is very prompt):

The transactions failed due to a timeout. Please try again at your earliest convenience, as it should now work normally.
