I agree. And the good thing about gold is that is doesn't harm anybody to store it.
I really don't hope it will be standard to back crypto with things like wheat, oil or anything else that normal people need to buy for their daily living. In other words, nobody starved or frooze from gold speculation.
I see what you mean. I agree that regular commodities should remain the same. Yet new technologies might make these as options.
