CHECKING CRYPTO PROJECT: THE RIGHT WAY
This article is 1 of 2 parts to explain all the features of our future platform FD Network
Since the end of 2017 and the coming of new investors, cryptos, ICOs, and community based project, have seen many different types of scams emerging (exit scam, ponzi scheme, fake volume, etc…). To ward off those, it is crucial to have very stricts criteria put in place with a ranking system, and be able to find those on one single platform. FD Network, will aim to do exactly that through different sections on analysing projects, alongside offering standard services for masternodes.
- INFORMATION
This first criteria will define the main guides of a project, to give overview informations, including:
Project introduction (summary and supporting video if available)
Website
Whitepaper
Useful links
Our rating
Technical aspect (supply, ROI, rewards structure, etc….)
- MONITORING
Masternode monitoring will provide users with all informations related to their own masternodes. By inputting their public addresses, users will see masternode status: running, offline, pending, restart needed.
Also, thanks to APIs and bots integration, members will be able to receive notifications on FD Network, in their account section, or on any devices of their choice through apps (Telegram or Discord).
They will also receive alerts each time a reward is received on their masternode. And they will interact with bots via specific commands to get statistics and informations (rewards accumulated, how long the masternode has been online, etc…)
- PROJECT REVIEW
This is the most important and pertinent part of the platform. We will analyse projects through strict criteria.
First, we will study all statistics and technical aspects of the token/coin: supply (max and circulating), % locked, ROI, number of active masternodes. From those we will give an objective opinion regarding coin/token potential. Although it is not the only criteria needed, a very high supply will tell a lot about the future of a project.
Second, we will look at the project in depth to analyse the real use case (if any) and the different sectors of application. We will also look at the traction behind the project and assess the legitimacy of it.
Regarding team analysis, the first criteria is team transparency. Depending of the result, different course of further analysis will be carried. If the team is not public, we will contact them to justify it. When the team is public, we will carry out social checks (Linkedin, social networks) to assess a ‘potential success rate’.
Deciphering the whitepaper will allow us to weigh is the theory is applicable to the real life. We will ensure that the whitepaper is not a plagiarism from another project (Hi Justin!).
Finally, Github will be put to the test by having our experts auditing the code for bugs and security aspect. There is a potential to organise hackathon with the project if they want to ensure their code is perfect.
- AMA
AMA (Ask Me Anything) is a marketing technique that offers an open Q&A session, either audio and/or video. On FD Network, once projects will have completed successfully all criteria, they will have the option to do an AMA with our team. Users will ask questions directly to the team. No questions will be given beforehand so projects will be put on the spot to answer all questions and queries from the general public. In this way, they will have the opportunity to present their product or service in a ‘live’ environment. AMA will obviously be recorded and made available on our platform.
