Cryptid TCG – Development Update

We’re excited to share the latest progress on Cryptid TCG as we prepare for the upcoming MVP test. Here’s a full breakdown of what’s happening behind the scenes.

MVP Progress & First Test

• Development of the MVP version is currently in progress.
• The first closed test is scheduled for August 2025.

Card Types & Illustration Progress

We’ve finalized the core card pool:

• Cryptid Cards: 222 types
• Hunter Cards: 28 types
• Item Cards: 30 types

Over 90% of illustrations are now complete.
We’re also testing full combinations of character artwork, card layout, and abilities.

Battle System Development

We’re currently building and testing the main gameplay systems:

• Minimal animations during the MVP phase (more will be added after bug fixes and optimization)
• Deck-building system is under construction
• Skill and ability selection UI is being developed
• Energy generation and energy link mechanics are already implemented

Illustration & Card Integration

• We are testing how each Cryptid's illustration fits into the overall card layout
• Balancing visuals and gameplay usability is a major focus

---

Wallet & Blockchain Integration

• Binance Smart Chain (BSC) is being used as our blockchain
• Oracle system is being integrated for real-time token pricing
• A dual-wallet system is under construction:
  • On-chain wallet for asset ownership
  • Spending wallet for efficient gameplay and gas cost reduction

All of our core developers are currently focused solely on Cryptid TCG.
We plan to continue sharing updates as we reach new milestones.
