Cryptid Hunter – 1 Month on STEEM & Reward System Update

It's been about one month since the official launch of the Cryptid Hunter STEEM version. During this period, we’ve made meaningful progress and are excited to share the latest updates with you.

1. One Month Recap

• Over 600 users have joined and participated in the STEEM version of Cryptid Hunter.
• Our STEEM Curator Program has provided consistent rewards, even for users who don’t actively play the game.
• This reward structure has been positively received and demonstrates that community contribution can be fairly compensated.

2. STEEM Reward Pool & P2P Trade Update

• The current STEEM reward pool has reached approximately 4,000 STEEM.
• Although we had planned to implement a STEEM–NOVA P2P trading system, we have decided to postpone it due to limited demand and restricted use cases for NOVA.
• Instead, we will finalize the reward system first, and only add P2P trading features later if needed.

3. ✅ New STEEM Reward System

• A daily STEEM reward pool will be distributed through competitive burning of NOVA tokens.
• Users are free to burn NOVA tokens at any time during a 24-hour period.
• At the end of each day, the total burned amount will determine who receives what portion of the reward pool.
• Example:
  • If only 1 NOVA is burned by a single user, that user receives 100% of the STEEM reward.
  • If many users burn NOVA, the reward is distributed proportionally to their burn amounts.
• This may become a strategic game, where users choose to save and burn NOVA at optimal times.

4. STEEM Curator Program – August Application

• We have applied for the August STEEM Curator Program.
• If selected, we will be able to increase the reward pool and provide more rewards to active users.

5. Energy Flask Price Adjustment Plan

• If we are selected as August curators, the STEEM author rewards may exceed the daily energy recharge cost.
• In this case, we plan to increase the price of Energy Flasks to secure more funds for the reward pool.
• This will ensure that more active users receive larger rewards, aligning with the core values of the daily reward system.
