I have a question about Crypterium, does anyone own tokens that can explain this to me?

Ok I just bought a little bit of crypterium, it looks very promising
While reading their website I saw this little blurb and was kinda confused by it. It reads as follows:

Up to 30% of Crypterium transactional income distributed monthly in CRPT between tokenholders and active users depending on their payment activity.

Can anyone explain to me what this means?
