[Blog] I hate crunch.
Hard manage my projects. Hard to deliver on time. Hard to take on more than one project. I am over time, over working, over doing myself. I don't know if it's my inefficient pipeline or lack of spine to predict/accept reasonable deadlines.. help me.
So do I. One of many reasons I gave up my business.
Don’t know what your pipeline is like but if you’re anything like me it’s probably the last thing. Especially if you have pressure from clients who have exactly no idea what work is involved but still proudly state that it shouldn’t take that long.
