Crowd-incubation for growth in the Steem ecosystem: Developer Delegation Day #7

in #crowd-support21 days ago

March 5th has rolled around now (GMT) time, and that makes it Developer Delegation Day #7.

Introduced back in August, the Developer Delegation Day (DDD) concept is summarized like this:

On the 5th of each month, community members will delegate 5 STEEM Power (SP) to a Steem developer of their choice. This regular support helps sustain and incentivize the developers who will become the backbone of the Steem ecosystem.

Accordingly, I updated my developer delegations today. Here were my delegations from last month.

I invite others to participate in the #ddd initiative in order to promote development in the Steem ecosystem. If you use any of the applications that add value to the Steem ecosystem, this is a way to say "Thank You" to their creators. It's also a way to encourage new developers to make their own contributions here.

Many Internet content creators receive $3 or $5 or $8 subscriptions per month from each of their supporters. At less than $1 per month, a 5 STEEM delegation is a very affordable way to crowd-fund development here. And another benefit to the supporter is that the delegation can always be reclaimed later, if circumstances change.

Who's gonna join me?

Thank you for your time and attention.

As a general rule, I up-vote comments that demonstrate "proof of reading".

Thank you again.

I would like to use today's DDD to remind everyone to vote on the two current proposals.

I am therefore increasing my delegation to @the-gorilla for his proposal to further modernise the Condenser.

In addition, a new delegation goes to @hightouch, who has submitted a new proposal for developing a sidechain. This would significantly expand the possibilities of the Steem blockchain and could also build a bridge to other chains.

Thanks again! And for the tip about @social, I'll def use that for testing :)

Thank you and of course, I'm always coming up with new ideas and today's is:

Do you think you and other accounts (e.g. @cub1) could follow-vote?
