. . . When we move away from God, from his word . . .

In this world, we have the source of divine inspiration and the only one that reveals God as such, the word of God in the reliable source of life.
How will a young man cleanse his way?
By taking heed of your word.
10 With all my heart I have sought you;
Do not let me stray from your commandments.
11 I have hidden your word in my heart,
That I might not sin against you.
12 Blessed are you, O Lord;
Teach me your statutes.
13 With my lips I have recounted
All the judgments of your mouth.
14 I have rejoiced in the way of your testimonies
As much as in all riches.
15 I will meditate on your commandments;
I will consider your ways.
16 I will rejoice in your statutes;
I will not forget your words.
Psalms 119:9-16
Let's imagine the following scenario: we go to a store and buy a cabinet to store things, but in this case it is one of those types of furniture that must be assembled piece by piece. We arrive home, quickly grab the instruction manual and proceed to assemble it. How do you think the assembly of the furniture would turn out if we only took a look at the manual? It is very different if we take apart the packaging, take the instruction manual, read it completely and follow the instructions step by step for the assembly and assembly of the furniture. I am sure that after finishing you will be able to enjoy it, not only having assembled it in the correct way so that it works correctly, but also that the experience will have left you with a very good feeling.
In life, in every situation, let's suppose that we have a manual to follow the instructions and have a successful assembly in every situation. In life in general, many times we believe that we know everything, we assume that we can solve everything without help. This is how we often act independently of the Word of God, or we simply approach things quickly as if we already know everything. We do not stop to meditate on the Word of God as a manual for living. We generally access the Word of God only when problems or difficulties arise, when we need quick answers.
The Word of God reveals God himself and his entire plan. It shows us how God thinks and acts upon us. Knowing the ways of God helps us understand and also ensures that we make wise decisions that bless us and honor God.
16 All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness,
2 Timothy 3:16
The Bible is that book full of instructions for our practical life here on earth, through the knowledge of the word of God we can live fully and if a person wants to live righteously and godly, he can find the step by step in the word of God and the word of God itself through the power of the Holy Spirit transforms us into the same image of God.
9 But they will not go any further, for their folly will be evident to all, just as that of those also was.
2 Timothy 3:9
Our job, our responsibility, is to meditate daily on the word of God, reading it implies meditating on it in depth, in this way our mind and heart will be transformed and as a result we will have a full life in Christ. Let us always remember to meditate on it.
Keep in mind that the word of God has a supreme value among all the riches that we can have in this life, in the word of God we find stories that teach us how to live in a way that honors God by serving Him, through the instructions of the Bible we can build a meaningful life before God and men.
