最近，我们小区的物业又一次让大家大失所望。未经业主同意，物业私自更换了小区的净水供应商，让原本合格的服务供应商被换掉。这本身已经让人不满，更令人气愤的是，新供应商竟然是物业亲戚承包的。这种赤裸裸的利益输送行为，完全无视小区居民的权益和意见。
Recently, the property management in our community has once again disappointed everyone. Our community’s property management has had many issues over time, but this move is truly excessive. I hope more residents can stand up and unite against this lack of transparency and fairness, urging the property management to focus on serving the community rather than using it as a tool for their own benefit. What we need is a property management that genuinely serves the residents, not one that prioritizes personal profits.
