Crazy crochet crab

This guy is too cool!!

He was very fun and simple to make - although perhaps a bit more sewing than id like, but i changed the placement of legs and claws slifhtly to suit my style and really pleased with the result. And bonus - he stands up by himself!! Yay :)

I used two strands of dk yarn - picked up this salmon colour in aldi (4 100g balls for £4!! Bargain) with a 4mm hook. Im not sure where the pattern is from (customer chose it) but i suspect its a red heart one. Im sure a search on pinterest would bring up a few.

Wierdly when i was making this i really wanted to give him a top hat and a mustache! Not sure where that came from :)
