Bangladesh Tour of South Africa, 2017 - 2nd Test Day 2: Match start delayed due to rain
The morning rain has delayed the start on Day 2 play of the second and final Test of the two-match Test series at Mangaung Oval in Bloemfontein today.
Earlier South Africa scored 428 runs losing three wickets after 90 overs in their first innings in the day 1 when they took on Bangladesh in the second and final Test of the two-match Test series at Mangaung Oval in Bloemfontein on Friday.
In their innings of the second Test, Hashim Amla and du Plessis have put on unbeaten 140-run stand to take the hosts to 428/3 at stumps.
Like the first Test, South Africa made a good start and scored 126 for no loss at lunch against Bangladesh.
But Dean Elgar is the first wicket to fall for 113 when South Arica dominated proceedings from the start as both the opener have notched up their respective hundreds after lunch.
