I hope you all are doing well and enjoying Ramadan blessing.
Today i will share with you my Mix vegetables Rice recipe. As you know everyone like rice in his/ her daliy diet. So i am also like rice very much and like cooking aslo.
Now share with you my rice recipe without any wait.
First i make sure the quantity of rice.
1 quantity of rice is important step.

2.After fix quantity i clearly clean rice 🍚.
The rice was maximum Half 1/2 KG.
3.quality of rice also matters. Good quality give good results

I did chup the onine,Gengar and Garlic
*The quantity of onion was 2 medium onion
*Garlic 1 tea spoon
*Gangar 1 tea spoon

.........Then i did chup Potatoes, Carrots and cabiges
The quantity of vagitables was 1/4
6 step All the vagitables washed properly
7 step
I did started cooked the rice .

  • i did cooked the onion fist til brown
    *Then add ginger 🫚 and garlic in it fried for 3 mnt
  • Than added vagitables in it and cooked for 5 to 7 mints
  • Also added Tomatoes and green chilies.
  • Then i added Red chilies ,Salt and Biriani Masla in it.
  • After 5 mnt i added water maximum 1 kg in it.
  • when water boiled rice added in it .
  • when the water sock in rice the i added orange colour in few drop for change the rice colour.
    *i leave the rice for ten mint on low flame the rice cooked properly

    Allhumdulillah the rice makes so tasty.
