Happening in my area at the moment

Hello guys,
It's another day of the week and it's a pleasure on my part to share with you all the happening in my area at the moment. On daily basis we record some remarkable happening around us and today is not an exception.

Today I will like to share with you all an article I call Happening in my area at the moment which is just like the contest organised in the Steem4Nigeria Community by xkool24 which talks about my neighbourhood Watch where we talk extensively about the happening around us. Here what we do is to pick a an event and explain thereby telling people or Steemians the happening around us.

I decided to give mine this title today to differentiate it from the normal contest. So read through and then see the happening around me today.

I decided to keep the happening around me brief and that is the reason I will present it in the form of a 1 picture 1 story event. So I will be using the image above to describe the happening around me today.

While at the park waiting for a car to take me to my destination I noticed that there was an ongoing construction of drainage this was because the road construction along that part was done a few months ago. So after the road, for it to last longer they decided to make a drainage where water can be passing.

In my present they decided to use wood and construct a gutter with an opening where gravel will be poured. And after a few minutes a car arrived carrying the mixed gravel which was used to construct the drainage. The started pouring it and manually making it sink well to fit the wooden carved.

They were on this for many minutes and I decided to watch and see how the process is being carried out. I learnt how the gutters or drainage are being constructed and that I guess is something I have enjoyed as a person because it was an added knowledge to me.

A few questions was asked to as many people as possible who were caring out the task and they where able to attend to our curiosity and that made me more knowledgeable about the work done by this engineers. So that is the current happening in my location at the moment.
