Why Skip Breakfast ???

Breakfast has been said to be the most important meal and it plays a vital role as it jumpstarts your metabolism, fuels your energy for the day, helps maintain stable blood sugar levels, and enhances brain function, making it an essential meal for your overall health and wellness.

Many people miss breakfast for different reasons, such as not being hungry, having no time, fasting, wanting to lose weight, or simply preferring to eat later. However, it's essential to think about the possible negative effects on health and energy.

I often think about how people can go to work on an empty stomach. I doubt they can focus on their tasks. I've experienced it myself, and it was really tough. Eating late is already not good, so skipping meals entirely is even worse and can seriously harm your health.

I think that even if you're not keen on eating early, you can break your fast with something light. Options like biscuits, cereal, oats, tea, or smoothies are good choices. Any simple breakfast is better than skipping it, unless you're specifically praying and fasting.
