My journey as a medical virtual assistant

Hi guys welcome to my blog today, I'm going to be telling you my training journey with the ALX as a medical virtual assistant.

So few years back after giving birth to my little princess I was still working in person job and suddenly as my responsibility increases, my time for different activities was decreasing as well so I thought of how to balance myself and fix up the gap and play my role well as a mum.

Taking care of my spiritual needs as a pioneer, my sick mum, my baby, my family, my job and our business was really hectic because I'm never a type that rely solely on hubby in all my needs so I thought of something and I finally arrived at going into the world of tech.

This has really given me much time as I work from home. I now have time for my family my mum my baby girl and of course my business which is running smoothly. How about my spirituality? I have much time for it now and I am comfortable that I was able to make this decision few years back.

At first it wasn't easy but with maximum planning and cooperation/support from my crony I was able to scale through with my decision.

I enrolled with different tech trainers including alx, I love my field as a medical personnel and I never wanted to leave my professional field so after series of studies, I decided to specialise more on the health sector to learn more tools I will need and more skills to stand out wanted in the market of tech.

I learned and explore how to use more than 40 different CRM and communication tools in tech such as slack, zendesk, loom, Assana, Microsoft office Airbnb, notion, HubSpot, Google workspace, calendly, Trello, tebra, doxy.me zoho and lots more they are too numerous to mention.

I made sure I was suitable in any areas of work I may find myself and also unique in my own way.

Skills is all what you need

I discovered that the world of tech is different and you need more skills and few certifications and so I took some courses with Coursera, udemy and Alison and get certified in some areas of health and sales that I needed so as to be fully equipped for any remote job.

I've acquired skills and can work in many areas in tech such as;

• Project manager
• Administrative support
• Customer care support
• Lead generator

After getting familiarise with everything I needed to, I created a portfolio and then I was ready to kickstart. I started and then I have a lot of testimony to share in my journey.

Alx is one of my best learning platform and I'm going to share my journey progressively with them.

The ALX program has began and the training session is amazing, their platform is easy to navigate as you learn really fast, get use to their tasks, understand it and carry out each task given each week so as to be a competent with good grades.

This is Eliany digital support workspace. I'm still working on my workspace and will upgrade it progressively as I want it to be so as to be free from distractions when talking with a client.

My journey so far is amazing.

I now have time for my cute baby girl as I now work at the comfort of my home. I execute my responsibility to train her and give her the maximum care she needs as this age, I schedule a learning session each day for her, she is my priority. Her smartness needs attention and good training to unleash her potentials.
