As a human being in the beginning of a year urge to have a particular target for the year.
If you ask me, I will say I want to be successful.
Success is a good fortune that comes from aspiration, desperation, perspiration and inspiration.
The difference between a successful person and other is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack in will.
So to be successful, read my TEN(10) COMMANDMENTS OF SUCCESS
- YOU SHALL CRAVE:
You must have a burning desire for what you want to achieve cos every other thing follows from the foundation of desire. - YOU SHOULD FOCUS:
you must be definite in your pursuits don't be double minded or aimless. Maintain focus
What are the definite things you plan to achieve? Set your heart on them, and let nothing stop you from achieving your goals. - YOU SHOULD BELIEVE:
You will be believe that you can achieve what you conceive. Once you have received it, you must hold fast to the vision of your success, and never waver. A high level of faithfulness is what will see you through various bumps, distractions, irritations, frustrations, setbacks, etc
That litter the road to your promise land. While this may stop some, those who endure will use them as further to build and strengthen their character on the road to perfection.
The thing always happens that you really believe in; and the belief in a thing makes it happen.

You must confront monster/importers. It's normal to be timid and apprehensive initially, but you must never allow yourself to be paralyzed into not taking action. - YOU SHALL GUARD YOUR MIND:

In much the same way you protect your body from physical harm and poison, you must protect your mind from taking corruptive influences.
These include all negative vibrations received through family, etc, that divert, distract, limit or kill your dreams. - YOU SHALL CHANGE:
You must keep growing by continually renewing your mind to keep pace with developments.
This means changing your thinking, learning new skills, adapting to new technologies, etc. - THOU SHALL PERSPIRE:
Between conception and giving birth is hard Labour. Between seed time and harvest is weeding, watering, tending, etc.
Between admission and graduation are lectures, assignments, tests, papers, presentations, project work, exams, etc.
To bring your brain-child or dream to fruition, spade work is necessary, just as gold must pass through fire to burnish it.

Robert Collier says success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out.
You must know your strengths and concentrate on them. Do not allow yourself to be distracted by your immediate environment, associates, acquaintances and friends.
You are unique and wonderfully made by God with abilities, drives and interests. What do you carry?
Find out what you enjoy doing and concentrate on it for therein comes the key to your purpose and happiness. - YOU SHOULD CONTINUALLY IMPROVE
Perfection is a journey, not a destination. That means there is always room for improvement no matter how good you are right now.
Achievers never test on their laurels, rather they seek to break their own records and set new standards.
Their goals is not to win popular acclaim but to reach their potential even if it means going beyond themselves.

Finally I cannot give the formula for success, but I can give you the formula for failure-- which is: Try to please everybody.
