Crappy day again

Nothing feels right today.
Everything seems heavy, meaningless, and out of place.

I woke up already tired, as if the night never gave me rest.
Tried to push through, but every small thing felt like a big weight.

It’s one of those days where nothing is good.
Where the mind keeps spinning, and the body doesn’t want to move.
Where even small problems look like mountains.

I don’t know what to do except let the feelings flow.
Maybe tomorrow will be different.
But today… today is just bad.
