Is Dexamethasone the miracle drug that will save many from a Covid-19 Death?
The inexpensive toxic drug Dexamthasone which the ingredient Dexamethasone 21-acetate in the drug dectancyl has also approved in England to fight covid19.
Dexamethasone is a low-cost steroid drug that been found to save 1 in 3 of the 'gravest' Covid-19 patients has been touted as the drug to reduce deaths from Covid-19 according to many lying mainstream media channels like @washingtonpost @TIME @CNN @CNNI and @nytimesworld.

Okay, back to the toxic Dexamethasone, since it's a corticosteroid, it must be taken under the advice of your corrupt medical ALLOPATHIC as treatment would need tapering of the doses to prevent the hypothalamic pituitary adrenal (HPA) axis from being overly suppressed.
Dexamethasone should only be given if the patients is critically ill, meaning if you think that they are about to die anyways. Meaning the benefit was only seen in patients seriously ill with Covid-19, and it does not appear to help people with milder symptoms of CoronaVirus who do not need help with their breathing.
Dexamethasone will NOT prevent Covid-19, it's NOT a wonder drug, and should only be used as a LAST RESORT.
