I find his choice of words really funny. USA isn't being fiscally conservative anyways. What's going to come next? Are you going to call Zimbabwe fiscally conservative? If you were asking for spending cuts elsewhere and shifting it to your cause, then I'd be giving it a thought, but what you ask for is simply ridiculous. There's plenty of capital available in the market anyways, but investors aren't investing. If you can't really convince the bond market investors to pull out and invest in your 'science', then why do you expect the government to do it? How do we know that your claims are any more credible than that of Tesla? I really find his argument absurdly idiotic to the extreme because many more people will die starving if the economy collapses, which he doesn't seem to either know about or care about.
