Welcome back @slowcookingchef! I'm glad that you are getting better from your injury and can cook. Your gnocchi dish looks absolutely delicious and comforting. I could see from your raw dough that these gnocchi were going to be pillowy soft. I can just imagine how amazing the gnocchi would be with the bacon, mushrooms, cream and cheese!
