I think in most cases it comes down to cash...canola is so cheap. I don’t buy it, I noticed people’s/mine bad digestive reaction. I use peanut- for frying larger things or for just a different tone, butter and olive oil. Got away from corn after learning that when bugs eat the gmo corn their guts bust open....what a way to die just for eating. Can always tell the quality of the restaurant... from managers at restaurant: if you stomach is full after eating a bit of salad, and something else they are cheap. It’s what they want, to give you that “full” feeling. Probably a mix of canola and corn.

Natural health experts have solid reasons for recommending against GMO.
