What is your best family recipe?
I'm not sure there is one favorite meal, but I can give you an example that I do love. Last Sunday, I had just finished MasterChef Junior and arrived home and Tana, my wife, Jack, Holly, Matilda, and Megan were all there. Jack had made an incredible salad with sautéed prawns. Tilly made an Irish cream Bailey's cheesecake, and I made an amazing salmon cooked on its skin with a Moroccan style couscous.

We just sat and ate and ate everything together, which is what I love doing. It was the advantage of making my kids learn to cook at the age of five, no iPads, no Xbox, no games — I made them cook, so we could do it together.
