Sautéed mung beans with soup
Ingredients:
Mung Beans
Pork
Dried Fish
Shrimp paste
Tomatoes
Onion
Garlic
Okra
Bitter Gourd
Bitter gourd leaves
Green pepper
Salt
Pork Rinds ”Chicharrones”
Cooking Oil
Soup Bone stock
Preparation:
1.)Soak Mung Beans in the water for 30 minutes
2.)Wash in running Water and Chop the Garlic, Onion, Tomatoes, Okra, Bitter Gourd, Bitter Gourd Leaves,
3.)wash the pork, chop into strips
4.)debone the dried fish using hands
Cooking Procedure:
Heat the Pan add cooking oil, put the garlic saute to become golden brown and add Onions saute for 2 minutes and add tomatoes and shrimp paste saute for 5 minutes put the pork strips saute for 5 minutes add the mung beans and soup bone stock cover the pan make it boiled for 10 minutes remove the cover and add all vegetables including dried fish, pork rinds, green pepper cover again and make boil for another 5-10 minutes and that's it the menu for this day is done
